REFUND & RETURN POLICY

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made from the online store Reevibe Camera, operated by Digital Smak Sp. z o.o.

Reevibe Camera specializes in the sale of vintage-style digital cameras and related accessories.


1. Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it

  • Be unused and undamaged

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and protective materials

  • Be accompanied by the receipt or other proof of purchase

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your camera or accessory arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at reevibe.camera@gmail.com.

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide instructions on how to proceed. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, drops, liquid exposure, or unauthorized repairs

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items (when clearly marked)

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.


4. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the original item (after approval) and place a new order separately.


5. European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform us within 14 days of delivery by contacting reevibe.camera@gmail.com. The product must be returned unused, in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories, and with proof of purchase.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs under the right of withdrawal.

This statutory right is separate from and in addition to our voluntary 30-day return policy.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
