1. Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted third-party carriers, including:

  • InPost
  • FedEx

The carrier used may vary depending on your delivery address and the shipping option selected at checkout.


3. Shipping Destinations

We ship to customers within the European Union and to selected international destinations outside the EU.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the selected shipping method.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


5. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen:

  • Poland: typically 3–5 business days

  • European Union: typically 3–5 business days

  • International (outside EU): typically 7–10 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, your package may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


7. Tracking Information

Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. Tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method and destination.


8. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or events beyond our control.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the package and contents.


9. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly

If the issue is not resolved, contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier. We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
